Good morning  everyone the weather here is a dull 3.c with a icy -7.c chill

but hey it's Saturday a nice morning to chill out and catch up on some of 

the headlines in the papers we may have missed .... :classic_unsure:

Lovely news Sarah, I'm pleased for you both. It's reassuring to see these vaccinations rolling on at a faster pace now. Gives us all hope for the future, and just think where we were 12 months ago. Amazing.

A very stormy night here in West Sussex with a big thunderstorm in the early hours (my heart nearly stopped when a thunderclap was right overhead). Still very windy but the rain has stopped thankfully.

Hope everyone was ok in the bad weather.

I am feeling a little brighter today after 4 tough days. 

 

Lots of positives this week to help balance out the negative:

 

Vaccinations booked.

Eldest daughter(the one with the baby) has had offer accepted on a house local to me.

Spent the day with my Grandson on his 1st birthday.

Booked a June short break on the Isle of Wight for me and my husband.

Discovered my 23 year old daughter is a whole lot more understanding, forgiving and gracious than I was at that age.

That’s really good news, Sarah. So pleased for you, and for your daughter. Social media can be good, but can also be poisonous and damaging when it’s misused. I’m glad she’s strong enough to get the better of it!

Not too bad here overnight, heavy rain and windy, same as the last few days. Light winds now and rain showers, but the sun is trying to get out. 5c at the moment, but  a feel of 1c. It's looking better after the weekend though🤞.
