I have falling in love with Beyond Paint. No sanding, no stripping and no priming! I'm painting everything! I started with 2 small pieces, a wall organizer and mirror.

Funny thing is I thought the before picture looked pretty good!

Wow concierge testing sounds amazing.  Any idea if and how much they may charge?

$85 per the link they sent in my email.

Also mentioned PCR with 48 hr results.

I personally prefer to use the EMed proctered tests or a CVS or Walgreens,, but perhaps for someone else the concierge testing may be more "appealing" (?)

We are on the road to Erie, Pa this morning.  They have had a few lake effect snow showers, so things are coated.

Even though the roads look clear, some of those bridges can be icy.  It looks like some were not having a good day. (I debated if I should post this, but maybe it can be a reminder to drive carefully)

I am always amazed at how many people passed us doing 80 mph or more after passing that!

We did arrive safely at our destination.

Thank you at least I don't need to potty train the Emmy. I'm so excited to get Elizabeth. Crate and bed came today. We already got good dog toys. We are ready. We hope to go see Elizabeth later this week.

Congratulations on everything  Greg😊

I am curious what perks were removed?

In past grand suites and above had reserved seats for almost all the shows (except comedy club) plays , ice show , aqua show. Also luggage valet so luggage would be taken from ship to your home airport, concierge would escort you off the ship on last day.

I like the new stove but I am still learning.  It is a flat top electric which I never had before.  I would have gone with a gas stove but there is no gas on my street.

Be careful with your pots and pans on your new flat top electric stove.  I bought a really nice pan for our new stove in our Condo, and the bottom of the pan scratched our top.  We've always had a flat top electric stove in Florida, but this is the first time a pan messed it up.  That pan now lives in NJ for our gas stove.😉

Last weekend we had the yard spotless of leaves and it stayed that way all week till yesterday I woke up and opened blinds in kitchen to see the yard sprinkled with leaves.

Our property wasn't just sprinkled with leaves...more of blanketed..lol!

We just had downpour of rain for about 2 hrs with heavy winds.  We unplugged outdoor decorations since the blow ups, especially Santa and Bob the minion were really dancing around.

That rain and wind was violent last night...it took me a while to finally fall asleep.  Luckily, all is well with our lighted lawn ornaments.  Only one reindeer was leaning on the other one this morning.

New this year… Andrew (11) thought our lighted wreaths weren’t enough and begged us to add something else to decorate the front yard. I like how this Nativity turned out!

I love your Nativity!  Last year we bought a white, wooden Nativity, and we have a big, lighted Moravian Star over  it;  it is beautiful..I've wanted this Nativity for quite some time.  Our Star always hung on our front porch in New York, but it's too big for our house here in N.J.

I'm glad to hear you both arrived safely at your destination, Mark!

Around 3 or 4 years ago on our way to Naples, it took us over 8 hours to get through South Carolina (it usually takes us 3 and 1/2 hours to get through that state) due to icy roads.  Unfortunately, there are only 2 lanes on I-95, and trucks would speed by us, and jackknife, causing all traffic to stop still. It was a miserable trip.  People eventually got out of their cars, some making snowmen on the side of the road, etc.

People just don't learn that speeding and bad weather don't mix.

A couple photos from the drive to Owen’s hockey game an hour from home.  We weren’t sure what it was.  No filters, just natural photos.

We found out it was a glow from an old flower greenhouse, now converted into a legal grow-op.

Could be with reduced passenger capacity, there's no need for reserved seats? o

Reduced capacity but don't forget they have also reduced seat availability. It was nice having reserved seats. Now you just get early access. Going to a show 45 minutes early like in the "old days" in order to get seats is not appealing to me.

Greg how exciting to finally get the actual Emmy.

I am sure the thrill is still there.

Yes it is. I will not miss the nervous anticipation. I have lost just about as many as I have won. As they say. It is an honor to be nominated.

Congrats again Greg. She’s a thing of beauty!  Do you have a spot to display them?

Yes I do in a curio cabinet in the dining room. There is just enough room to add one more on the shelf.

Depends on the show , also they still have reserved seats for the upper suites. We used to just show up ten mins before show to get great seats now if you want good seats you need to get there 39 or 40 mins before start.
