I watched it at 6 PM GMT. 
6 pm EST is 11pm GMT.😱

I think they run it twice, since I found the link in my trash folder, and when I clicked it, it said it starts in 3 hours.

I agree, a lot of the time you were left looking at a map of Spain, very poor visuals 😞. Spain has so much to offer and this didn’t even scratch the surface.

No worries, I have no interest in the webinar other than the points I'm able to get from it. I will simply start the program and let it roll.

The link for that was posted here. I signed up and then found an email for the GMT timing, so signed up for that and cancelled the EST version.

I am Elite and have never received Power Up Points or Move Up emails.  I’ve called Celebrity 3 times. They’ve checked my email. I receive other Celebrity emails . I have no idea how to remedy this.

No. You should check the speed of your connection on the device and location (if on WiFi or cell data) you had the issues.

 

You can do that from the speedtest.net website. 

 

Anything under probably 50 Mbps can cause pauses, jitters, and other playback issues.

Only had issues when they played video, the rest was fine.

That requires much higher bandwidth than talking heads. Makes sense if you have insufficient bandwidth.
