Booking a February 2021 cruise. Anyone else jumping in??

It's a very unique cruise and itinerary.  Goes to roatan, panama, Colombia, bonaire, curacao, san Juan, and nassau. I like the two week ones but they go by pretty  fast also

At this point, I don't hear any indications that those things that cause the cancellations will change between now and the winter.  This isn't saying that nothing can or will change.  However, I am not tempted to book anything before next summer, and then that's only a temptation.  I will wait for confirmation (to my satisfaction) that cruising can resume without causing quarantines or confusion.  The sooner the better.

We have a March 2021 booked out of Miami.  We booked last month.  I figured that with March being 10 months away (at the time of booking), we'd be well into the resumption of cruise operations.  Now, with only nine months until March rolls around, I'm not so sure.  Like Butterbean,  I no longer have an opinion on when cruising will begin but I hope 2021 brings brighter days!

Ours was the casino rate as well! I've never seen a promo with a $500 obc so i went ahead and booked it last night! I hope your January cruise sails. I miss cruising. Its my recharge.

Its the height of flu season. There is no way in hell a February cruise will sail. If the money is expendable and you have no other use for it, Carnival will appreciate it.

We took the chance and booked the Shiprocked cruise at the end of Jan 2021. I’m hoping we will all be back to cruising by then, but you never know. We also have another cruise booked on Mardi Gras at the end of April 2021. Hopefully we will get to actually cruise on one of those cruises.

We have one booked for the end of January.  Someone mentioned earlier that they would have to pay me to go.  Well....They pretty much are paying us about $75 to go, other than the flights, of course.  The deal was too good to pass up.  Plus, I just needed something to look forward to, even if it does get cancelled.  A girl can dream, right?

Our March cruise was cancelled - rebooked for early January.  Not so sure Breeze (or any other ship) will sail.  Even if it does, not sure I will be on her unless covid19 is under control.  Between that and flu season I don't thing I would chance going on a ship.   I am only 14 days away from diamond and would have been there by now had things been "normal."

We had a 4-night from Tampa with kids and grandkids booked before the virus was a thing...then we decided that we would need a vacation after cruising with 6 grands, so we booked one on the day we return from Jacksonville!!  Hopeful that our Paradise cruise is not delayed getting in so we can get to JAX in time to leave for the next one.  Assuming that it happens, it will be our first side-by-side.

We booked the Mardi Gras for February 20th right when they first started taking bookings on her.  Now we have doubts that it will even sail with the virus seeming to get worse instead of better.  That and if cruising even does start back up again, what will the changes to cruising be like?  Will the ports even be allowing ships to come in by then?  At this point, who knows what the future holds?

I had a free balcony offer on Panorama on 2/27 that will cost 130 after the OBC. So I jumped on just because it is too good to say no. Sooner or later a ship will leave the harbor with me aboard.

Added the 2/13/21 Panorama cruise to my schedule a few days ago. Still have 10/9/20 and 11/14/20 cruises booked that we are still hoping to sail on. I’ll just keep on booking till we cruise, cancellations be damned😁.

After 3 cancellations out of Charleston in 2020, I took the $300 OBC x 3 and FCC and ran. . .to November/December 2021 and February 2022.  In April, I might would have thought February 2021 would be a good choice, but now I'm not so sure,  but I hope it works out for you.

right now you need a negative test within 72 hrs to both of them
