Is it possible that you have set something that won't allow your browser to save cookies for this site?

I doubt it, unless this could be done inadvertently.

 

I've cleared the CC cookies again.  Weirdly, when I log in again, my browser still knows my password.  But I'll tell you how it goes.

Please let us know.  The password is a different setting in your browser so generally you can delete site cookies without the browser forgetting that 🤗

I have been experiencing this same problem since about the time of the earlier posts. I have just been "putting up with it" but now it seems like I will get logged out even moving from one board to another in the forums. I have tried the suggested fixes above (multiple times over the past few weeks, whenever I get frustrated...) but nothing has worked.  

 

I am on a MacBook Pro using Chrome, just FYI.

I found myself logged out on my phone yesterday as well.  And yes, I've been logged out between forums as well.

Its been logging me out all day today.  Have cleared cookies but doesnt help.

On Opera Browser with Win 10 ,  I have ads blocked and no tracking allowed

if that makes any difference.  I have done that ever since we had the  annoying

members pictures forced upon us!

if you don't allow tracking how do you expect the web site to keep track of you?

 Not allowing tracking won’t cause log in problems. Blocking all cookies is what would cause logging in every time. They don’t want to have block all cookies set.

Has anyone been experiencing an automatic logout after X period of time?  I used to be able to be logged in all day, for example, and still logged in after computer might have been left and gone into sleep mode.  Lately, I find I am logged out a lot for no apparent reason. 

 

Perhaps a Moderator knows?

I also have been experiencing the same thing.  Even after just a few hours,I have to sign in again.

Not having a problem.  Haven't needed to log back in for months.  This is on my PC.

I am getting logged out (timed out perhaps) frequently when this never happened before.  Happening during the day for past week or two.  Also get logged out over night.  I used to remain logged in with no interruptions unless I re-booted PC.  I have at least one CC page open in my browser all the time (On Princess Forum).

I've been having the same problem needing to long back in frequently on my desktop..  Also what happens is thatsometimes I'm logged out until I click on a thread and suddenly I'm logged in again.

This seems to have happened after our upgrade/maintenance this morning.  I am working with  the developer to address

Seems to have setttled down a bit now though I do seem to get

logged out every night - will continue to monitor.

 

As an aside I have noticed that when logged out - as it says

I cannot reply to a post  which has always been the case.

 However i can still look at members profiles which I dont

think  non members could or should be able to?

Yeah, it seems to have been fixed, although I'm not logged into CC much any more, so that could be it, ha ha.
