It's (not) cruise day!

 

 

 

Longshoremen and everyone on the pier are all masked up.

 

 

 

WJ looking like it's be cleaned, bagged and stowed.  Balcony railing looks like it's been covered to keep the sun from burning off the varnish presumably.

 

 

Up, up and away...

 

 

 

 

 

Everyone is wearing a mask on board.

 

 

 

 

No idea what the packages contain.  Any guesses?

 

 

Other than the mess on the pool deck and covers removed from the hot tub shades she looks like she is in great shape.  Didn't see a lot of rust on the hull. 

 

I'm ready, let's go cruising!

It’s in good shape,as usual RC is keeping up with the maintenance.

 I don’t know how some of the other companies expect to give the impression of hygiene with rusty dirty  ships.

 

Here’s a carnival ship that just come off Singapore’s dry dock and is supposed to go to Sydney in April.

I was watching her on the PC webcam. Nice to see her. I hope to be on her November 7th, got my fingers crossed. I have no idea what's in the container's unless it's bulk supplies.

Those almost look like the round shower stalls that some ships have.

I'm wondering if those round things are better sneeze guards or new dividers/barriers for the WJ.  Maybe a couple wrapped up together in a circle and bundled together for shipping.

 

Maybe dividers between slots in the casino?  Or plastic barriers for places like guest services?

They are enclosures for doing rear end swabs.

Wrong place on the ship for them. Those would  be in the aft.

Thanks for posting -- looks like they're getting similar supplies to what Allure got earlier in the week.  Hard to tell if normal cruise supplies and/or supplies to comply with the CDC's Conditional Sail Order.

We are booked 10/06/21 for a 9 day from Galveston. Doubt it will happen since no cruises longer than 7 days are supposed to sail. If we don't go, it will be cancellation #7! Oh well.

We have a May 10th 4 day cruise out of Galveston. Hopefully we can be one of the guinea pigs.
