HOW DO FOLKS CARRY THEIR OCEAN MEDALLIONS?

We have sailed Princess many times but our upcoming cruise will be our first Medallion cruise!  What do you all use to carry your Medallion!  Still use lanyards? Wrist bands? In your pocket?
I'd love to see what you all are using!

Although I don't mind a lanyard much around the ship, I'd not be seen wearing it onshore.  And now, especially with the MC App debacle, you won't see me wearing the lanyard and advertising Accenture.  Pocket works for me.  I never wear any sort of pant/short that doesn't have pockets.

A dear friend gave me the bling one.  My daughter made me inserts for the standard one from Princess.  I have a clip with a hook at the end device.  Clip it to my waste band.  Hook for medallion and/or masks.

I don't like lanyards in general, and try not to wear a watch when I'm on a cruise (to help "get away from it all), so preferred not to have a wrist band. I bought this clip when we were on the Sky in 2019. I like it because it's unobtrusive, but will clip onto clothing - such as a pocket, T-shirt collar, or button placket - to help avoid losing it. Often, especially in the evening, I would clip it to the inside of my trouser pocket (or shorts pocket during the day). The "readers" on the ship could read it in my pocket without the need to take it out most times.

Do you have the link for that from Amazon?  Does it come in other colors?

No lanyards for us. Nope, nope, nope. We don't care for them at all. We find it amazing when we are ashore and see people wearing their cruise cards around their necks and carting around the blue Princess bags. Ah, well. Folks are different. If everybody was like me I'd have to shoot myself.

I Used a holder like this and lost my medallion, it popped out of the holder while we were walking around. In my experience it was not very sturdy. Had to go to guest  services and was told it was in the casino. We tried to walk around trying to find it but that was pretty useless so we went back to the desk and they gave me a new one.  This was at the very beginning of the cruise so the casino was closed or I would of been very worried someone was gambling with it.  After that I kept it in the plastic case on a lanyard. My husband kept his in his pocket

We had a setup similar to this.  Except I pryed open the plastic covering,

and took out the Blue surround paper.

Why have a blue surround when youre Elite?  Why not black?

Why not coordinate that color to your level in the Center?

So we threw away the blue paper, popped it close, and then had a Clear cover with elite fob inside.

Thought it looks nicer clear. ☺️

Our 7 and 3 year old granddaughters are sailing with us and their parents in July 2022 (assuming there is a vaccine for the 3 years old).  Do most parents just carry the Medallions for their young kids or does anyone have recommendations for kid friendly holders?

Well I always wore a lanyard on the ship but never ashore. Why do people do that, I wonder?

Down here in Australia, in the early Covid days after the Ruby Princess debacle I used to shop carrying my blue Princess bag. For some reason people cleared away and I was always quickly through the checkout.
