Tramadol is also equivalent to Oxycodone .

I have no desire to get into a pharmaceutical debate but they both are used to treat moderate or severe pain. Both are immediate release. Both are controlled substances. Both have the risk of withdrawal.I did not state that the components are the same .I said they are similiar.

You did not say they are similar in your first post. You said they are equivalent which is different. They are definitely not equivalent as the good dr @Ocean Boy said. You aren’t seriously going to argue with a dr about medications are you?

I agree  but anything is possible.

Namaste

I agree. IMO, the last few years Survivor seems to be more scripted and way to soft compared to previous years.  But...

No need to do that. 😉

Here is our cabin for the week.  Stateroom 8083 which is one of a few that can have 2 twin beds as opposed to one king (they don't separate like Royal's so you avoid that hump in the middle.  Pretty nice location, nice and close to the aft elevators.

You got that right.  I brought a mix of clothes, I know what the dress code says but we will se how people actually dress on board.

We were a bit concerned about the Dress Code for our Alaskan cruise on Silversea Silver Nova next year, because we’re not fancy dressers….but that ship doesn’t require jackets and ties for men (thank goodness). But, like you he is planning to bring a dress shirt or two.

It's actually more casual than I thought.

I am not a beaded bling bling Mary Frances girl, but when I saw that one, I had to have it.

Will bring it on Feb cruise, you can borrow.😁

Please return with a few $100 bills that you may win in the casino. Hmmmm, maybe will also give to our Lucky Sue to borrow if returned with some casino winnings in cash! Shall we get into business Sis?😁
😆

I am the same usually not into bling but that sure is a beautiful bag.

Eric is usually luckier than me in the casino.    Maybe we slip him some shots and have him carry the bag to the casino🤣💲

No.

With that said we rarely buy each other gifts for any holiday.  We just consider what we want/need at the time and buy it.  When others ask what we got each other for Christmas or a birthday etc we just mention a cruise close to that date.

We like spending on what we personally like not what we think the other will like.

Example,   I have had fishing lures given to me because people knew I loved fishing.   Most of the times I didn't use them. Not the right kind.

John, it is like you two are living in our heads.  That is exactly what we do.  We are at that point in life where we try to not accumulate “things”.  So it is just cruises, or vacations, or things we need.

I’m not a man, but Dave and I do the same.  Years ago we stopped doing any gifts.  We take our 2 adult sons on a vacation each year.  They take us out to dinner.  It has made Christmas so much more enjoyable, and without gifts we seem to focus more on the reason for the season.  If/when we have grandchildren I’m sure things will change.

Capt. Kate didn't do a captain's log today. I wonder if that means she is too busy getting ready to leave on her rotation off? I kind of looked forward to her daily posting.

I am thinking the same. I also look forward to her daily logs.

Maybe she is busy getting her and Bug's toes painted so she can post for you?🤣.

I'm of the same mind set. I'd rather spend the money on nice dinners & trips, spending time together & creating new memories.  I have most things I need and if I want something,  I'm going to buy it when I need it and not wait for a gift giving holiday.  I already have more sweaters, t-shirts, ball caps, coffee mugs, beer steins, wine glasses than I know what to do with.

We’re in Northwest AR and saw some pink by camera only. This was about 9 p.m.  We later drove out past the city lights but unfortunately didn’t see anything around 11 p.m.  Tonight we might try outside the city around 9 since that time seemed better.

It was around midnight in the UK. As Andrew says the colours are more prominate viewed through a phone

I talked to my wife’s cousin today who got some good pictures of the northern lights. She said it looked completely dark and a black sky by the naked eye. But if you take a picture of the horizon with auto exposure the camera will pick up the colors. I thought was interesting as last night when we were driving around we did not see anything.

Jack used to buy me gifts but stopped because he said he never saw the gifts after he gave them to me. 🤣 Flowers every now and then work.

Not an easy season for you and my husband.  I’m a Liverpool supporter, so each weekend we root against that other Manchester team.

So glad you are a ManU fan!  I didn't want to not like you 🤣.  Our DS got us hooked on them from here in the US.  We have seen them play 3 times here in the US and in 2019 went to Old Trafford for last game of the season.  It has been a rough season to be sure.  😪
