Recent cruisers: Delay in adding crown and anchor points after cruise?

Got off the Oasis on 9/26/2021 after a seven day cruise in a suite. Ordinarily that would be 14 points, but with the current double points promotion it would be 28.I’m looking forward to seeing them post because I’m inching towards the next tier level. I checked my account and as of today no points at all have been added. Recent cruisers: what has been your experience? How long after your cruise were your new points posted? I tried to call the Crown and Anchor but after an hour on hold I gave up.

We got off Harmony on 9/19, points were already added to my account when I checked a week later.

So it has been seven days since you disembarked?  Give it another few days before calling.

Thanks. I don’t remember any delays pre-covid, but maybe i just noticed it now.

It took like 8 days for my last cruise, pretty normal time frame

took about 8 or 9 days after I departed the Oasis on 9/19.

Disembarked 9/17 and the added points were there by the end of the month, less than 2 weeks.

The cruises I took on Royal in August and September took 7 to 8 days to post.

On the same cruise and no points yet, either. This brings me to over the 340 point mark and cuts the single supplement. I have a solo cruise I would like to book but can't yet.

Got off Allure on 9/26 and still no points. Website says to give them ten days.

Go ahead and book it, the DP340 promo code can be added later.  

I have five cruises booked for next fall under the double points promo that will get the discount added after I hit 340 in May.

In the past, it has taken roughly 10 days for my points to post.

I have not received my points for that sailing yet.

Login to your account, edit your C&A information, erase your C&A  number, then reenter that number and save.   Often times it is updated, it just doesn't show.

I had to call. Was told there is a glitch in the system. She had to get a supervisor, who then fixed our account.
