Here is my first attempt at updating CJcruiser's wonderfully informative thread. I have updated with all the information I can find (including the first group, I think, to be on Nieuw Statendam!)

Please let me know any errors or problems and also feed me with information. Let's think of it as the MDR (where I get the info served up to me) rather than the Lido (where I have to get the info myself!! ;p

Any official information what will be done to Oosterdam in dry dock? Will she also get the EXC in the Crows Nest, which was added to N. Amsterdam, Westerdam and Zuiderdam? I browsed her deckplans on the HAL page and did not see it there.

Further, what will be done to Koningsdam in a rather short dry dock period? Will she get the EXC as well?

It's always helpful to us picking [or not picking] cruise dates and/or ships. I already found out I have a group on my latest booking - if they are anywhere near the size that was on my last one [same booking organization] they won't bother me at all. But I am forewarned and that's what makes this thread so appreciated.
