Cheers,we have a full English with poached eggs every other Sunday,skip lunch and then Sunday roast.Not entirely disciplined but the main thing is very little carbs ie no bread and just 1 Weetabix and berries for breakfast and tuna and salad for lunch.Voddy and coke another letdown but at least it's diet coke,lol.Bought myself a dumbbell kit in Decathlon today to tone up all the saggy bits.

I went from 13.5 (86kg) to to 12.5 (80kg) when I had HF . Gave up drinking and quit all the foods you 

mention above .Got my HF from 20% back up to 49% 

All I have done is follow the traffic light system with foods using greens and a few ambers as my target,

with the very odd reds now and again . Salt and sugars being my main target which seem to keep the weight down .

Keep the good work up Graham sounds like you're on the right track.

avril you were right when you said I’d have to get a bike. They made me get one. We had an hour out. They made me go up and down hill. Scared me stiff. 
 

hubby might treat us to Chinese. I’ve not stopped all day cos I worked till 2.30. 
 

the seat is so uncomfortable. 
 

but the kids enjoyed it. Things you do for them 🙄

Last and only time we had beef strip sizzler and it was far two hot for us .

The lady server said "They are pre made so could not cool it down "

 

But tonight as you are paying again 

 

We will settle for the burger

I should love the Beach House as its my kind of food but have been very disappointed the last couple of times. 

Have tried most things on the menu and there isn't much that hasn't been a disappointment, even the key lime sundae wasn't very nice..

I get you jean. I feel that way about the epicurean so when I do that menu I’m gonna find that one really difficult.

As John has said short arms deep pockets. We are from Yorkshire after all. 
 

his workbench is coming along. I think it doesn’t look as good as he does but we shall see. It’s keeping him busy. He doesn’t do well with not working.
