How did the guy in the photo on the RCCL home page get in the top hammock?

It's photoshopped.  Though as others mentioned,  a ladder would be pretty easy.

Maybe stepped onto the lower hammock and jumped?

He may have climbed the palm tree trunk to get to the line level and then tight rope walked to the hammock to get in. I see the palm on the left side of this shot has a good slope to it making it quite easy to climb as we've seen done in Hawaii and elsewhere down south.

He climbed in when he was 6 years old and stayed there until this picture was taken of him as an adult.  The trees grew in the interim.

Good in theory except old fencing nailed to a tree always stays at ground level.
 

If he had stayed there where did he go to the bathroom. 😱😂
