I have followed Kathi on several of her trips.  So sorry to hear about her issues.  Will pray for her.  Thank goodness she will be home soon and with her daughter.  May her recovery be speedy and that the pain will soon be gone.'

I have been following her blog for years, and my heart breaks for her. I hope she has a fantastic oncologist at home and will get the treatment she needs, so she can resume her exciting life at sea! Praying!

Thank  you for sharing her Blog, I have not been on CC for a bit, and was not aware.  I started reading her Blog, and my heart weeps for her.  Such a terribly sad time for her, I pray she can fight this, find healing, find peace and I know she is thankful to be home.

 

@Scrapnana .. Kathy - we live about 40 miles north of Richmond!  You need anything, girl, you just let us know!  I can make some wonderful homemade rolls!

@ScrapnanaIdon’t know you but have followed your blog and appreciated your Sailaway  threads.

 

My husband was diagnosed with head &neck cancer 7 years ago…chemo…radiation…BUT… he is now cancer free.  Our first vacation after a year and a half of recovery was a cruise on the Nieuw Amsterdam.  
 

Wishing you a full recovery and many cruises in your future
