Royal Caribbean Cruisers -- How Are Things Where You Are? (was "Routine" 😁 day in lockdown... how was yours?)

No, I didn't, since we were in total lockdown....

There were no ceremonies .... even the families of the fallen soldiers were not allowed to visit the military cemeteries on the eve of Independence Day.

I remember seeing similar pictures.  My DH probably showed them to me from the news from years gone by.  Israel had a tough total lockdown but, thankfully, they did well with vaccines.

Your DS looks like a master surfer. Kol Hakavod (roughly, all honor?}

There is a group to my left, under the awning camped out DL style.🤣🤣

Don't see any Pineapples though

The ones under the awning must be LMP.

Is it Happy Hour?

Decided on Maytag 3 drawer

One year warranty to store.
After that 5 year extended warranty.

The service man noticed our garbage disposal is old.  I go yup original from house build 30 years ago. He gave me his card. He cannot believe it still works. Call him when ready.

So now the next thing we will replace is a garbage disposal.

Indeed, "kol ha-kavod" -- you "nailed" it.

DS1 likes sea sports. Wind surfing and SAP too. He wakes up at 6am to see if the sea is "good". If yes, he surfs for 2 hours, gets back home to shower and then goes to work at 9am....

Both boys were "sea scouts" -- willing to wake up early Saturday morning (their only free day from school) to enter freezing waters.

Both aimed for the elite unit of "navy seals", passed the rigorous physical with flying colors, failed after, since they needed glasses... I was not sorry....

The next level of priority groups just opened up in our area so this morning I spent just over an hour on the phone and website simultaneously and I am now booked for my first shot this coming Tuesday.  It's either Pfizer or Moderna.

Vikki can start applying tonight at 6pm when they open up for teachers working in areas that are Covid hotspots.  Hopefully hers can get scheduled just as quick as mine.

I'm glad you are able to get the Pfizer or Moderna one. I don't trust the Astrozenica one.

This was the action in our house this morning. Today is my mom’s 79 Birthday so she is coming over for dinner. She is in our circle.

First a sear, and then into the crock pot.

The Astrazeneca vaccine is being sold cheaply at cost price  plus it can be easily stored and distributed without freezing.

Over 20 million first AZ vaccine jabs and 10 million first Pfizer jabs so far given in the UK.

I have had my first Pfizer jab and Pauline has had her first Astrazeneca jab.

Drove to Mill Creek Park, near Youngstown, Ohio, and walked a few of the trails this afternoon.

Found some fish in the pond

Waterskibum

Your pictures bring back great memories. I used to bike that part of the park when I was a member of the Outspoken wheelsman bicycle club. We did the 14 mile loop every Tuesday and Thursday. At the end of Summer we would bike the centennial run and biked on rte 193 to Ashtabula and back.  Did it once. Lived to talk about it. Never again.
Thanks for sharing.

Stay healthy.

This makes me happy.  I love having the games on as background noise - makes me think of summer.

I'm assuming from your RI address that you're a Sox fan, not an Orioles fan.  I was born in Boston and only lived there about a year (which I don't remember at all) before we moved.  Still, I had the Red Sox in my blood.  I never did live anywhere near Boston but I still follow them remotely.  Until 2004, it was hard having the Red Sox and the Bills as your favorite MLB/NFL teams.  Still waiting on the Bills.  Too bad I didn't also have the Pats in my blood.
