Makes sense. Even if they convince the CDC tomorrow to allow cruising again, there is a long process to get it up and running

All of June is gone and they pulled July for the Mardi Gras also.

You are right.  Oh SNAP Mardi Gras is not listed for July.  But August is available, for now.

Same as it’s happened so many times now. I have already put my hold on a room for August, I’m losing 2 cruises this time.

That's the sound of communication. Didn't Carnival give an extension on final payment and has now cancelled before people had to pay?

Also, no listings for any cruises before Sept for the sunshine out of Charleston.

I'm booked for Sept 13. Hope it doesn't get cancelled. Fingers crossed.

I have a backup cruise booked for Feb just in case.

The CDC is holding everyone hostage, workers and passengers. Our govmnt at it's finest. 🙄

Until I see Cruise Ships Dancing in our Ports, I won't even book a cruise. I don't believe in going on fool's errands. LOL!

I just looked and I see 5 sailing for Mardi Gras in July.

 

We are currently booked for the 7/31 sailing and are on the fence on if we want to go or not.

We have a family cruise, on the  Panorama, for August 21. I sure hope it sails.  Really want to take the grandson to the water park.  If they cancel I hope they do so before final payment is due.

I stand corrected. They're now showing July onward. Must have been a glitch earlier.

I am in the same situation. We have a friend's wedding that is in the balance of this cruise. I told them we will attend and pay for our catering if this cruise actually does sail. They understand.
